Sometimes companies are inserted twice - even when working careful. Often this twins will be find days or month later - mostly
saved with different names. Of course both records will have persons and activities inserted - some of the persons are available on both records. The Twin Merger will let you simply merge these companies, without having the same person more the one after that. Additional the userdefined fields and other data will be merged ‘intelligent’. If there will be data only at the twin and not on the original record - it will be transferred - but data on the origin will never be overwritten.
