Even if all sales people are working careful not all customers are looked after in the best way. Important customers
without any planned follow up, persons where no one had talked with since two years and more. The “3C Tracking modul” helps you to find either customers not worked on or
companies and persons without any activity since e.g. three years

First you select what kind of tracking should be used: Find companies or persons, what are the criteria (no sale
information, no appointments or no interests). It is possible to define, what appointment types has to be
considered. (maybe an appointment type like ‘Mailmerge’ has not to be considered as a valid activity type).

In the second step categories, business or only companies from specific users can be defined as additional
search criteria.
The third step will ask you, to what selection the result has to be copied (existing one or new one). Then the
program starts searching and finding what you are looking for.
