As more we make it easy to add important information to CRM as often a user will do it! This toolkit was made to support sales people creating quotes in MS Word or Excel. It contains two VBA macros:
“Follow-up and sales” and “Document new to CRM”. After Installation MS Word shows two additional menus: “Save with Follow-up and sales to
CRM” and “Store document new to CRM”. If a quote for a customer was created in MS Word, the needed entries in the diary and in sales for a selected salesman can be
generated from within Word. A dialogue is shown similar to the corresponding dialogue in CRM.
Any word document can be added automatic to CRM, regardless if it was created first
from CRM or not. Some ERP Systems gives the option to create a quotation and convert this afterwards to a MS Word document. With “Document new to CRM” it is easy to save
this quotation to CRM.
Also a new version of a quotation can be inserted as a new document. |
