Field Protector ‘light’ for CRM

Sometimes it may be useful to protect some fields against updates or to hide the contents of a field for some users. As an example this can be ‘contact-our Contact:’, all user defined fields, ‘sale-probabilty’,contact-Code, ‘Project-responsible’ and others.

This is possible with the ‘Field protector for CRM’. First the area has to be chosen, that has to be protected (Company, project, sale...), then the field. After that you define, what rights all or some of the users will have for this field: Hide Data, View Data or Update Data.

The ‘Field Protector light’ Add-on works very well with travel users and satellites. They have all restrictions given in the central database or in the satellite database.

If more detailed security is needed - please ask for our “Data Protector plus”!!  With this special version e.g. it is possible, to hide sales belonging to user group A for all users from user group B. This Version will always be adapted to the customers needing.
