The existing data in a SuperOffice database will have a great value for most Companies. So it can be a big problem, if some data from company, contact, project, sales, selection or relation will be deleted by an accident!
The Data Protector ‘light’
will protect all your data. Independent from the SuperOffice access rights you can define, what different access rights users or groups will be given for all these areas above. So it is possible to define, that most of the users can add or update some data but they may not able to delete the data. Only especially defined users are allowed to delete the data. You can also define that some users or groups can not change e.g. all data in sales.
The Data Protector ‘light’
Add-on works very well with travel users and satellites. They have all restrictions given in the central database or in the satellite database.
To prevent making mistakes - only users with user level 0 can manage this Add-on.
If more detailed security is needed - please ask for our “Data Protector plus”!! With this special version e.g. it is
possible, to hide sales belonging to user group A for all users from user group B. This Version will always be adapted to the customers needing.
