Holding Customers - an important goal

The only one bringing money in our company is the customer! Winning a new customer is much more expensive then holding an existing
one! CRM can help you keeping customers. An investment in CRM is an investment in keeping customers.
Reduce expenses - was yesterday! If some one had not reduced his expenses years ago - normally this
company should not exist! It is a very logical conclusion: If there is no way to reduce my expenses -
then I must invest in the part of my company earning the money.
Companies having reserves must invest in customer orientated areas! Investing in sales is a good way - but investing in notebooks and
communication is nothing without with a good CRM solution.
Most CRM Projects will fail, because the user (salesmen) is not accepting inconvenient or wrong working products that will prevent him doing his daily work.
